Welcome to Jets & Partners. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and private jet charter services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jets & Partners services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Service Description

Jets & Partners provides private jet charter brokerage services, connecting clients with aircraft operators and charter companies. Our services include:

  • On-demand private jet charter booking
  • Empty leg flight search and booking
  • Group charter arrangements
  • Jet card program management
  • Air cargo coordination
  • Medical evacuation services

Jets & Partners acts as a broker and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Booking Process

4.1 Quote Requests

When you submit a booking request or quote inquiry, you are not making a binding commitment. We will provide you with a quote based on current availability and pricing. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes binding when:

  • You accept our written quote
  • We receive your signed charter agreement
  • We receive the required deposit payment
  • We provide written confirmation of your booking

4.3 Passenger Information

You must provide accurate passenger information, including full legal names as they appear on government-issued identification. For international flights, valid passports are required. Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied boarding and forfeiture of payment.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change until booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on:

  • Aircraft availability
  • Route and distance
  • Fuel prices
  • Landing and handling fees
  • Crew expenses
  • Catering and special requests
  • Peak season surcharges

5.2 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require:

  • Deposit: 50% of total charter cost due at booking confirmation
  • Balance: Remaining 50% due 7 days before scheduled departure
  • Short-Notice Bookings: Full payment required for flights departing within 7 days

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Bank wire transfers
  • ACH transfers
  • Certified checks (subject to clearance time)

A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments over $25,000.

5.4 Additional Charges

You may be responsible for additional charges not included in the initial quote, including but not limited to:

  • De-icing services
  • Ground transportation
  • Hangar storage fees
  • Customs and immigration fees
  • Overnight crew expenses
  • Flight plan changes
  • Wait time charges

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 14 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • 3-7 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
  • Less than 3 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@jets.partners.

6.2 Operator Cancellations

In the rare event that the aircraft operator cancels your flight due to mechanical issues, crew availability, or other operational reasons, we will:

  • Attempt to secure alternative aircraft at the same or similar price
  • Provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is available
  • Not be liable for consequential damages or additional expenses

6.3 Weather and Force Majeure

Flights may be cancelled or delayed due to weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

  • We will work with you to reschedule the flight
  • No refund is provided for weather-related cancellations initiated by the client
  • If the flight cannot be completed due to weather, unused flight time may be credited

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Arrive at the designated FBO at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure
  • Provide valid identification and travel documents for all passengers
  • Comply with all FAA regulations and aircraft operator policies
  • Not engage in illegal activities or transport prohibited items
  • Respect the aircraft, crew, and equipment
  • Follow all safety instructions from the flight crew
  • Not smoke, vape, or use illegal substances on the aircraft
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety

8. Baggage and Cargo

Baggage allowances vary by aircraft type. Standard allowances will be communicated at the time of booking. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring baggage does not exceed aircraft weight and space limitations
  • Declaring hazardous materials (which are prohibited)
  • Securing personal valuables and medications in carry-on luggage

Jets & Partners and aircraft operators are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed baggage unless due to gross negligence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Jets & Partners acts solely as a broker and is not liable for the acts or omissions of aircraft operators
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the charter service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes beyond our control
  • We do not guarantee specific aircraft types, tail numbers, or crew members

10. Insurance

All aircraft operators we work with maintain comprehensive aviation insurance including:

  • Public liability insurance (minimum $100 million)
  • Passenger liability insurance
  • Hull insurance

We recommend clients obtain their own travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jets & Partners website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jets & Partners or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or breach of confidentiality obligations.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jets & Partners, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Your violation of the rights of third parties
  • Your use of our services

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written charter agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jets & Partners regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
